1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council and the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a notice to the following email address: greedydeal@ki-gl.com
You may use a free-form statement.
3. Conditions for Returning Goods
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods if they have been used in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returned goods must be:
- undamaged
- in full original комплектation
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short expiration date
- hygiene products (including skincare products) if their packaging has been opened after delivery
- goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
5. Returning Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
6. Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
If the goods are damaged, do not match the order, or were delivered incorrectly, the return costs shall be covered by SIA KIGL.
7. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Goods Not Conforming to the Contract (Warranty)
If the goods do not conform to the terms of the contract, you have the right to submit a claim regarding the non-conformity of the goods in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
In such cases, you have the right to request:
- repair of the goods
- replacement of the goods
- a price reduction
- cancellation of the contract and a refund
